The Cozy Beachin' Condo is a brand-new 2-bedroom condo located at the Aracari Residences in Noord, Aruba. It is a 10-minute walk to Palm Beach and steps away from the famous OAK Restaurant. The condo has 2 bedrooms, both with Smart TVs and ocean views.

 

The primary bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite full bath with a shower, while the guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, an induction cooktop, and seating for 4, as well as a spacious living and dining area with a large Smart TV that offers direct access to the private balcony overlooking the pool.

The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler provided for guest use. Additionally, guests have full access to all of the shared building amenities, including the pool and rooftop, which offers sun loungers, outdoor dining, a BBQ area, and a nicely equipped gym, and is the perfect place to watch the famous Aruban sunsets.

Bon Cas Vacation Rentals, Aruba's Premier Vacation Rental and Property Management Service, manages the property, and guests are welcomed with a personal meet and greet. The guest concierge is available throughout the stay to arrange any special requests, and they are also available 24/7 for any emergency situations that may arise.

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to the guest's credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at the check-out. Guests are required to sign a form at check-in that states that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order. The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home.

Crib, playpen, high chair, and car seat rentals are available for $25 each/per reservation. The rental service also provides a rental vehicle at an additional cost, or guests can arrange transfers, taxis, or private drivers for their stay. Parties or events are not allowed.
