Escape to the stunning island of Aruba and stay at the newly refreshed Bubali Breeze Villa, a tropical paradise that will take your vacation experience to the next level! Perfect for families and large groups, this villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths with hot water showers, a salt-water pool, an outdoor bar (beverages not included), and a massive palapa for those who prefer the shade.

Located in the peaceful Bubali neighborhood of Noord, this villa is only a 3-minute drive from the world-renowned Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, making it an ideal location for beach lovers. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from Super Food, the largest grocery store in Aruba, and the famous Madame Janette's Restaurant, where you can indulge in delicious local cuisine.

As you enter the villa, you'll be greeted by the vibrant colors of the Caribbean and a fully air-conditioned, spacious, open floor-plan living area that leads to a full wall of collapsing sliding doors, creating a perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. The kitchen and breakfast nook is fully equipped, and the living area boasts comfortable seating on two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can sleep two guests. Enjoy the large smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa for work or to connect to your favorite streaming service.

The main house boasts three bedrooms, including a private, spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a private full bath, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 share a hallway and a bathroom, with one equipped with a king-sized bed and the other with two twin XL beds that can be converted to a king-size upon request. All bedrooms offer independent air conditioning, smart TVs, storage, upgraded bedding with cool gel memory foam mattresses, and ceiling fans.

Step outside and you'll find your own private tropical oasis, with a large covered patio containing a natural wood dining table and ample seating. The property includes a private saltwater plunge pool complete with built-in contoured lounge seating, perfect for cooling off while sunning and relaxing. For those who prefer the shade, the enormous palapa has ceiling fans and lounge seating for at least 10 guests. Only steps away lies a detached apartment that offers open access to a full-size kitchen/bar with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and a 2-burner gas stove.

Within the apartment, you'll find the fourth bedroom, complete with its own separate secured access, bright tropical décor, a queen-sized bed, storage, a ceiling fan, and a private full bath. The villa also provides a brand-new, full-size clothes washer and dryer, clean, fresh linens, as well as bath and beach towels for your stay. You're also free to enjoy the complimentary provided beach chairs and a cooler while enjoying the amazing beaches of Aruba.

The Bubali Breeze Villa offers all starting toiletries and paper products for your convenience, as well as locally produced Aruba Aloe bath products. A rental vehicle is highly recommended, and our complimentary 5-Star Guest Concierge is available to help you reserve a vehicle at the best price from one of our local vendors.

Upon check-in, the guest is required to sign a form stating that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order. The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/per reservation.

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to check-out. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
