Welcome to The Boroncana Villa, your home away from home in beautiful Aruba! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood in the northern area of Aruba. The house boasts a spacious open-concept living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large outdoor patio with a private pool, BBQ, and lounge area.

As you step into this gorgeous villa, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The living room features comfortable seating and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Aruba's stunning beaches and attractions. The dining area seats up to 6 people and is adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen, which features high-end appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

The villa's three bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, ensuring that you have a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans to keep you cool on warm Aruban nights.

The outdoor area is the perfect place to soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or relax in the comfortable lounge area. The pool is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, creating a private oasis that is perfect for entertaining. The patio also features a BBQ and outdoor dining area, making it the ideal spot for al fresco dining with family and friends.

The Boroncana Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in the northern area of Aruba, just a short drive from some of the island's most popular beaches, restaurants, and attractions. All linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies are provided, making your stay as comfortable as possible.

​

The guest is required to sign a form at check-in that states that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order. The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/per reservation.

 

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
