This ultra-private and gated Villa is only a 5-6 minute drive from Eagle and Palm Beaches and the high-rise hotel area. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a large and comfortable living room with ample seating, a large Smart TV, and a pull-out queen sofabed. The spacious kitchen and dining are just past the living room. Summer Breeze boasts a MASSIVE Master Bedroom and ensuite bath. The Guest Master Bedroom also includes an ensuite bath. The third guestroom offers 2 Twin beds. A Queen sofa bed and rollaway beds are available for the 7th - 10th guests. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and their own air conditioning. Superfast WIFI is available throughout the property. The backyard is your own private tropical oasis with a pool, bbq grill, and ample comfortable seating. A clothes washer and dryer are also available for your use.
