Welcome to the Summer Breeze Villa, an ultra-private and gated retreat located in the peaceful community of Sabana Liber, Noord, Aruba. Only a 5-6 minute drive away from the stunning Eagle and Palm Beaches and the high-rise hotel area, this villa offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a large and comfortable living room, complete with plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, and a pull-out queen sofa bed. The spacious kitchen and dining area are just beyond the living room, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy with friends and family.

The massive Master Bedroom with an ensuite bath is an absolute dream, and the Guest Master Bedroom features a cozy queen bed and an ensuite bath. The third guestroom offers 2 Twin beds, which can be converted to a single King size bed, depending on your preference. For larger groups, a Queen sofa bed and rollaway beds are also available for the 7th - 9th guests. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and air conditioning for your comfort, and superfast WIFI is available throughout the property.

The backyard is a private tropical oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, bbq grill, and plenty of comfortable seating. You'll also have access to a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience.

All linens, towels, pool supplies, beach towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The base nightly rate is for the first 6 guests, with a small additional charge of $15 per person, per night for guests 7-8.

Please note that the guest is required to sign a form at check-in stating that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order, and will be responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/per reservation.

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
