We have had several different property managers since our build. Chris and Virgy of Bon Cas, have been the best PM’s we have worked with. Their attention to detail is incredible. (Something I was not used to with my previous PM). They have treated our home as they would treat their own. They have secured more bookings for us in the last two months then we have had in a long while.

Previous property management would not follow through on things and would charge for things that were never done. They have helped us return our home to tip top shape and do a great job maintaining our home at that top level. They communicate regularly with all the individuals who inquire about our home for rentals and do a great job of negotiating the process and letting us be more hands free of the rental process.
