Welcome to your luxurious home away from home in the gated community of Gold Coast Aruba, nestled in the prestigious Malmok area in the Northern part of Aruba. This stunning 2-bed, 3-bath townhome offers the perfect combination of comfort and luxury, ensuring that you feel right at home from the moment you step inside until the very last second of your stay.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open floor-plan living room, complete with upscale furniture and decor, a queen-size sofa bed, Flat Screen TV, and dual tropical ceiling fans. The full-wall glass doors lead to the amazing back lounging garden, where you'll find a private hot tub, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The kitchen, located off of the living room, features wood kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, and an eat-in kitchen area. A full bath on the 1st floor, along with a washer and dryer, adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay. Upstairs, you'll find 2 large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom boasts a King bed, an en-suite bath, and a lovely veranda balcony overlooking the back garden, while the guest room features a Queen bed, veranda, and en-suite bath. A sofa bed is also available for the 6th and 7th guests.

Enjoy the amenities that Gold Coast Aruba has to offer, including protected WIFI and Cable TV throughout the entire home and yard, hot and cold water, 3 community pools, a gym, tennis courts, and a common area for your use. You won't want to miss the new private upscale restaurant and bar, where you can indulge in a delicious dinner and cocktail while taking in the breathtaking sunset over the salinas.

All linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, a cooler, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies are provided, so you can pack light and relax. Please note that the base nightly rate is for up to 4 guests, with an additional fee of $15 per person, per night for guests 5-6.

At check-in, guests are required to sign a form stating that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, and evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee. Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/per reservation.

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to check-out. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.

Please note that no parties or events are allowed during your stay, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere for all guests.
