This beautiful condo is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide beach towels and chairs, so you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Aruba with ease! You'll love the convenience of being within walking distance to two large grocery stores, and only a 2-minute drive to Eagle Beach or 5 minutes to Palm Beach!

The condo is spacious and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry (detergent supplied), open living and dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms with showers. You'll have superfast WiFi and cable TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The large patio with a BBQ grill and furniture is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Aruban weather. The common area offers a huge swimming pool for those times when you need a break from the beach. You'll have your own dedicated parking space and full private access to the condo.

You'll be welcomed with a personal meet and greet, and our guest concierge is available throughout your stay to arrange any special requests you may have. We are also available 24/7 for any emergency situations that may arise.

Located in the secured complex of Boegoeroei, you'll be minutes away from everything Aruba has to offer. You can stroll to the nearby grocery stores or take a short 2-5 minute car ride to Eagle and Palm Beaches. If needed, we can arrange transfers, taxis, or private drivers for your stay.

At check-in, the guest is required to sign a form stating that the rental property and all of its contents are in good order. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, and evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee.

We offer Roll-Away Beds, Cribs, Play Pens, High Chairs, and Car Seat rentals for only $25 each/per reservation.

The base nightly rate is for up to 4 guests, and each additional guest is only $15 per person, per night. We provide all linens, towels, pool supplies, beach chairs, beach/pool towels, a cooler, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies.

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
