Upstairs, you'll find a primary bedroom offering a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a Smart TV, while the third comes with two cozy single beds and a Smart TV as well. 

Downstairs, relax in the welcoming living area with a comfy sofa, two chairs, and an additional pull-out sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests. Enjoy your favorite movies on the 65" Smart TV, or stay connected with our fast WIFI.

Test your culinary skills in the fully-equipped modern kitchen, featuring a side-by-side fridge/freezer, an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, plus all essential dinnerware and cookware. A handy half bath and a washer-dryer combo make your stay as convenient as possible.

The property is a corner unit with an under-construction private pool and outdoor kitchen, set to be completed by September 1st, 2023. Stay tuned for pictures!

Guests are required to sign a form at check-in stating that the rental property and all of its contents are in good order. The guest will be responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, playpen, high chair, and car seat rentals are available for $25 each per reservation.

The base nightly rate is for up to 6 guests. Guest 7 will be charged $15 per person per night. For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to check-out. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at check-out.

 

Parties or events are not allowed at the rental property.
