The Dulce Brisas Townhome is a 2-bedroom vacation rental located in the Gold Coast Villas community in Aruba. The rental offers 3 full bathrooms, and resort-style amenities, and is conveniently located near popular beaches and attractions.

​

The main floor of the townhome features a large kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, full bathroom, and a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and large smart TV. There is also a private, shaded patio area with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill. Upstairs are the 2 private bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bath, Juliet balconies, and smart TVs.

The Gold Coast Villas community offers 3 pools, tennis courts, a gym, and a restaurant for guests to enjoy. The rental includes all linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, a cooler, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies.

​

Guests are required to sign a form at check-in stating that the rental property and all of its contents are in good order. The guest will be responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, playpen, high chair, and car seat rentals are available for $25 each per reservation.

The base nightly rate is for up to 4 guests. Guests 5-6 will be charged $15 per person per night. For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to check-out. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at check-out.

 

Parties or events are not allowed at the rental property.
