Both bedrooms boast ceiling fans and air conditioning for your comfort. The open-concept living area, with seating for six, flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities. **Cas di Troupial**: The master suite showcases a king-size bed, TV, and generous storage. Experience the comfort of an on-demand hot water shower. The living area, featuring a queen-size sofa bed and seating for four, opens up to a well-appointed kitchen.

The guest is required to sign a form at check-in that states that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order. The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/per reservation.

For bookings made at www.boncasaruba.com, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out. The villa does not allow parties or events.
